As of 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies in the EU. ImplementDiversity AB wants to inform you about how your personal data is processed when you are in contact with the business.<\/p>

Any information directly or indirectly linked to you as a person is considered to be personal data. When contacting ImplementDiversity AB via email, on our websites, or in our webshops, you provide your personal data to ImplementDiversity AB. Personal data may consist of name, email address, address, telephone number, social security number, delivery and payment details.<\/p>

ImplementDiversity processes your name and contact information only to respond to your requests, complete agreements with you, send invoices, market and administer. Sometimes, ImplementDiversity uses collected personal data in the form of image or audio recordings to visualize and develop the business. In such cases, consent has always been obtained, agreements have been made, or a consideration has been made to ensure that there is justified interest.<\/p>

When you visit ImplementDiversity\u2019s websites, information about how you use the site, such as how you reached and left the page, how you navigate the page, IP address, and geographic information, is processed.<\/p>

When you place an order in one of our webshops, we will save your name, postal address, phone number, email address, customer number, shipping and payment details, and organization number (applies only to companies and organizations). If you act as a private customer and pay by invoice, our payment clerk Klarna requires that you also provide your social security number in order to assess your credit rating. When Klarna approves your payment, we will get your social security number. You can of course also shop with us without entering your social security number. In order to send you information about your order, we will save your email address and your phone number. We need your address to deliver your package. The personal information we receive in connection with the purchase is also saved for any future support, complaints and warranties.<\/p>

When you provide information about yourself in connection with purchases in our online stores, you should always be confident that we will handle your personal data safely. Sensitive information such as account number is always sent encrypted (SSL). The information is not stored by us at ImplementDiversity, it will only be forwarded to the credit card company. Everywhere sensitive data is sent, such as in your account and at checkout, the transfer is encrypted.<\/p>

ImplementDiversity does not disclose your personal data to third parties. If, in the exceptional cases, this should happen, consent will always be obtained. ImplementDiversity will save your personal data as long as we have an established customer relationship. However, we need to save billing and purchase history for seven years for our accounting purposes. You can at any time, without charge, request ImplementDiversity to remove your personal data, except when ImplementDiversity needs them to be able to bill. You can also, at any time, tell us that you do not want receive emails\/messages from ImplementDiversity AB.<\/p>

If you purchase downloadable audiobooks or e-books, we will save your purchase history until you wish to remove it or as long as the supplier has the books available. As long as we have this information, you can download your audiobooks or e-books whenever you want and as many times as you want. If we remove your purchase history, you can no longer download your audiobooks or e-books.<\/p>
